How do you deal with tiredness at work.(I’m a student.) If you feel ill, how do you decide objectively whether to work or to skip the work session and take it easy? I find it easy to use a slight feeling of illness as an excuse not to work.Whenever I take a break, I lose track of what my plan was and I get totally lost in shallow activities.Do you think it’s important to perform each step of a ritual in the order and within the time limits you have laid out for it?. ![]() Do we need to write all the distractions or the major ones during the session? How do we prevent the same distractions from coming back?. ![]()
